How We Ship

United States Orders: We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders for three or more bottles of product! This can be three bottles of the same product or three different products. And, yes, this applies to our customers in Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii too!

Ordering less than 3 bottles? No problem, please add $8.95 for shipping and handling to your order total.

We do our absolute best to ship all orders within one business day of when you place your order. Please note, if you place your order on a Friday or weekend, your order will most likely ship the following Monday. We typically ship via USPS, FedEx SmartPost or UPS Mail Innovations (both are in partnership with USPS). That means your order may be delivered by either carrier or USPS depending on your location and size of your order. Typical delivery is 5-7 business days after your shipment leaves our warehouse in St. Louis, Missouri or West Palm Beach, Florida. Please provide your email address when you order to receive an order confirmation and tracking information once your order ships.

COVID-19 International Shipping Restrictions: Please note, due to COVID-19 many countries have announced shipping restrictions and service delays. Therefore delivery within your country may take longer than usual. If you do not see your country in the drop down menu at checkout and it is not in the list of countries we cannot ship to below, it is because your country has issued “temporary” shipping restrictions due to COVID-19. Conditions are subject to change and are being monitored closely. We will update as restrictions are lifted. If you have any questions about shipping to your locale or need assistance with international shipping please contact customer service at 1-561-536-5629 between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm Eastern time.

Canadian Orders: Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping and our flat rate charge is $14.95 per shipment. We ship to Canada via USPS First Class International and delivery times vary by location. It is your responsibility to comply with any Canadian policies concerning the import of vitamins and supplements. Any Canadian customs, inspection or other shipment fees imposed by Canadian authorities will be your responsibility to pay on delivery of your order.

Temporary notice
Notice from Canada Post due to COVID-19: Canada Post has advised that the following delivery procedures remain in effect. Items requiring a signature, proof of age or the collection of customs fees will continue to be delivered directly to a nearby post office for pickup by the customer. Additionally, Canada Post has recently restored the 15-day limit for customers to retrieve their parcels after receiving a card with instructions. Items will be returned to the sender if they are not collected within 15 days. Force majeure remains for all international letter-post, parcel-post and Express Mail Service (EMS) items.

There will be an additional charge for all orders shipped to an address outside the 50 United States and Canada. These orders do not qualify for free shipping and our flat rate charge is $24.95 for all non-U.S. or Canadian delivery addresses. All International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International and delivery times vary by location. It is your responsibility to comply with any policies imposed by your country of origin concerning the import of vitamins and supplements. If your country charges any customs, inspection or other international shipment fees, they will be your responsibility to pay on delivery of your order.
