Eligibility: Participation in the Peak Pure & Natural® Rewards Program (“Program”) is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. The Program is void where prohibited by law. Limit one account per customer and per household.
Earning Rewards: Rewards, points, or other benefits (“Rewards”) have no cash value and are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash, unless required by law. Rewards may not be sold, exchanged, or combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted by Peak Pure & Natural®. Points are awarded only for qualifying purchases made after enrollment; no retroactive credit will be given for purchases made prior to joining the Program. Rewards and points can only be earned and redeemed online through Peaknatural.com. Rewards cannot be redeemed over the phone with an agent.
Expiration of Points: Points will expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity. Inactivity is defined as no qualifying purchases, no redemptions, and no other point-earning activity within that period. Once expired, points cannot be reinstated.
Returns: If a product is returned, any points earned from that purchase will be forfeited. Rewards points used to make a purchase will not be remitted back to a loyalty account when a product is returned. Discounts applied through loyalty points have no cash value. In the case of a return, the refund amount will equal the balance due after the rewards discount was applied.
Modification or Termination: Peak Pure & Natural® reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any part of it, at any time without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in how Rewards are earned, calculated, expired, or redeemed.
Limitations: Rewards are subject to availability. Peak Pure & Natural is not responsible for typographical errors, system malfunctions, or other issues that may affect the Program. Fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of the Program’s rules may result in termination of participation and forfeiture of Rewards.
Liability: By participating in the Program, you agree that Peak Pure & Natural®, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or in connection with the Program, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing Law: The Program and these Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Acceptance: Enrollment or participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.
